with what happened and which iPhone you're on. A screen recording helps more than
anything else.
The camera is black
Mira needs camera access to show you wearing the piece. Open
Settings → Mira → Camera and switch it on, then reopen the app. If it's
already on, force-quit Mira and launch it again — iOS occasionally hands the camera to
the last app that asked for it.
The mirror stalls or drops out
Live try-on streams video both ways, so it wants a steady connection. On a weak network
the session ends itself rather than showing you something wrong. Minutes you didn't use
on an interrupted session go back to your balance automatically — if the number looks
wrong afterwards, tell us and we'll correct it by hand.
A product link didn't work
Mira reads the garment photo off the page you paste. Some retailers build their pages
in the browser, so there is nothing in the page to read, and some block us outright. If a
link fails, the fastest fix is a photo of the piece from your camera roll. Send us the
link too — that's how the list of stores that work gets longer.
Minutes, plans and refunds
A look costs about three seconds. The mirror runs in real time, charged up front for
the session and refunded for whatever you don't use. Minute packs never expire; a Mira
Pro plan refills your minutes every month.
Manage or cancel a plan in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions —
cancelling in the app alone doesn't stop billing. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by
us: reportaproblem.apple.com. If your
balance looks wrong after a purchase, email us and we'll fix it.
Restoring a purchase on a new phone
Tap Restore on the plan screen while signed in with the same Apple
Account. Minute packs are tied to the device that bought them — if a balance doesn't
follow you across, write to us with both devices to hand and we'll move it.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes every look, every saved fit and your sign-in, because all of
that lives on the phone. The only thing we hold is a minute balance against a hashed
device id — email us from the phone in question and we'll clear it.
Terms of Use
Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and
Itamar Stollman ("Mira", "we", "us") for the Mira iPhone app
and everything it connects to. Installing or using Mira means you accept them. If you
don't, don't use the app.
1. Who can use Mira
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to a contract
on your own. If you're between 13 and the age of majority, a parent or guardian has to
read these terms and agree on your behalf. You also confirm you're not located in a
country subject to a U.S. embargo and not on any government list of prohibited or
restricted parties.
2. What Mira does
Mira renders an image of you wearing a garment, either as a still look or as a live
mirror, using generative models. You can pick a piece from the catalogue or paste a link
to one at a retailer, in which case our server opens that page and reads the garment
photo from it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Mira
on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You
may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the
source code or models behind it, except where that restriction is void by law.
3. What the renders are, and are not
Every image Mira produces is a generated approximation. Fabric, drape, colour,
proportion and fit will differ from the real garment, sometimes substantially. Mira is a
way to picture something, not a measurement, a fitting, or advice about whether an item
will fit or suit you. Use your own judgement — and the retailer's size guide and return
policy — before you buy anything.
Generated output is probabilistic. Two runs of the same request can differ, and neither
is guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate or free of artefacts. We don't warrant that
any particular result is achievable.
4. Your images and your content
Whatever you put into Mira — camera frames, photos, links — stays yours. We claim no
ownership of it and no right to use it for anything beyond running the service for you.
You grant us, and the processors named in the Privacy section, a limited licence to
transmit, process and display your images strictly for the purpose of producing your
try-on, for as long as that takes. Camera frames are processed live and are not recorded
or retained by us. Saved looks live on your device.
You promise that you have the right to every image you use, that any person shown in
one has consented, and that you will not upload images of anyone under 13. You will not
use Mira to depict another identifiable person without their permission.
What you may not do
- Create sexual, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive or otherwise unlawful
imagery, or anything designed to make someone appear to have done or worn something
they did not.
- Pass a generated image off as a real photograph in a way meant to mislead.
- Interfere with the service — automate or script access, scrape it, hammer it, work
around minute charges or rate limits, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
- Use Mira to build or train a competing model or dataset.
- Break any law, or any retailer's terms, in the course of using it.
We can suspend or end your access if you do any of this, without notice where the
conduct is serious.
5. Minutes, plans and payment
Time on Mira is measured in minutes of compute. New devices get a small amount free.
Beyond that, minutes come from a Mira Pro plan or from a one-off pack.
| What | Costs |
| A still look | ~3 seconds |
| The live mirror | real time, up to 2 minutes a session |
| Mira Pro, yearly | $149.99/yr, after a free trial |
| Mira Pro, monthly | $24.99/mo |
| Minute packs | $9.99 / $19.99 / $39.99 |
Auto-renewal. Mira Pro renews automatically at the end of each period
unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple Account is charged for
renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel in
Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. If you're on a free trial, any
unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a plan. Prices are those shown in the App
Store for your region and may change with notice.
Minutes are not money. They have no cash value, are not property, are
not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for anything outside Mira. Packs don't expire
while your device keeps its balance; plan minutes refill each period and don't carry
over. Minutes charged for a session that fails or is interrupted are returned to your
balance. We may adjust what an action costs; if a change makes something materially more
expensive, the app will say so before you spend.
Refunds are Apple's to make, under the App Store terms — we cannot
issue them. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and minutes
already spent are not refundable.
6. Retailers and product links
Mira is not a shop. We don't sell, stock, ship or warrant any garment, and we have no
affiliation with the retailers whose pages you paste unless we say so. Prices,
availability, sizing, returns and the accuracy of any product page are entirely theirs.
Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that retailer.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Mira, including features, catalogue
pieces, and the price of minutes. We aim to keep the service running but do not promise
it will be uninterrupted or error-free — it depends on your network, on Apple, and on
third-party model providers.
8. Ending it
You can stop at any time by deleting the app; cancel any plan through the App Store
first, or it keeps billing. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these
terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue
Mira entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and, where a plan is prepaid, a pro-rata
refund through Apple where that's possible.
9. Disclaimers
Mira is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the
law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that
output will be accurate, that the service will meet your requirements, or that defects
will be corrected. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, in which case they
apply to you only as far as the law permits.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or the cost
of substitute services, arising out of or relating to your use of Mira — even if we were
told such damages were possible. Our total liability for all claims is capped at the
greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or
personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You'll indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs
arising from your use of Mira, from content you put into it, or from your breach of
these terms or of anyone's rights.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Mira or
its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for Mira. If
Mira fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will
refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other
warranty obligation with respect to Mira. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing
any claim relating to Mira, including product liability claims, any claim that Mira fails
to conform to a legal requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or
similar legislation, as well as any third-party claim that Mira infringes intellectual
property rights. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using Mira.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce
them against you.
13. Our brand and our code
Mira, the Mira mark and everything in the app that isn't yours belongs to us or our
licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you. Feedback you send us we may
use freely and without obligation.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without
regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of
Jerusalem, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you
are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and any right to bring
proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll tell you in
the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Mira after that means you accept
it. The date at the top is always the current version.
16. Odds and ends
If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing something
isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may, on notice, as part of a
merger or sale. These terms, with the Privacy section below, are the whole agreement
between us about Mira.
